Programmed Initiatives for Monga Eradication

In 2006, PKSF launched a comprehensive programme in Lalmonirhat titled “Programmed Initiatives for Monga Eradication” (PRIME) with a view to diversifying income opportunities for the vulnerable group of people who live in the Northern Region of Bangladesh and experience acute seasonal food insecurity, known as “Monga”. In 2012, SAJIDA started implementing PRIME in Jamalpur.
