SAJIDA’s PROSHOMON Program organized a three-day basic training for 11 Voucher Scheme Field Workers (VSFW) from Feni and Chandpur between 10 to 12 December at BRAC Learning Center (BLC). The goal of the training was to strengthen their knowledge and skill on health literacy, nutrition and communication; alongside providing a comprehensive guideline on Community volunteer engagement strategy and its implementation. PROSHOMON is a European Union funded smart card based voucher scheme project implemented by SAJIDA Foundation with the technical support from Concern Worldwide under the leadership of Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives at Chandpur and Feni Municipality. Voucher Scheme Field Workers (VSFW) play a key role by promoting health education services to increase health literacy at the community level.
