SAJIDA's poverty alleviation program UTTARAN is now operational in 43 branches across 6 districts and 26 sub-districts of Bangladesh, reaching approximately 47,000 ultra-poor individuals. In addition to providing training and resources for sustainable livelihood, UTTARAN's health initiatives have a significant impact on the communities it serves.

Through UTTARAN, SAJIDA is providing access to healthcare services and health education to help improve overall health outcomes. These interventions are designed to address the root causes of poverty by improving women's socio-economic empowerment.
