In commemoration of Menstrual Hygiene Day, the MHM Platform organised a full-day event at Lakeshore Hotel yesterday. The event showcased inspiring stories, government commitments, and innovative solutions tackling the persistent challenges faced by women and girls regarding menstrual hygiene.

The event featured impactful stories of change from MHM Platform's steering committee members, including Mushfiqua Zaman Satiar and Alok Kumar Majumder. Special Guests Mohammad Shamim Alam, Dr Sheikh Daud Adnan, Prof. Dr AQM Shafiul Azam, and Md. Fazlul Haque also attended along with several government and non-government representatives. SAJIDA Foundation's WASH4UP Project Staff showcased their initiatives among fourteen organizations, distributing brochures emphasising hygiene entrepreneurship for women.
