SAJIDA Foundation, with the support of ZE Projects arranged a workshop titled ‘’Would you accept me?’’ for the senior leadership team to sensitize them in the context of Transgender, Hijra and Diverse Gender community in Bangladesh.

Throughout the workshop, we delved deeply into topics such as gender identity, gender expression, and the challenges faced by transgender, Hijra and Diverse Gender individuals. It was an eye-opening and transformative experience that allowed the participants to broaden their understanding and challenge preconceived notions.

This workshop emphasized the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for everyone, regardless of their gender identity. It highlighted how crucial it is to use correct pronouns, support transgender rights, and actively work towards breaking down societal stigmas.
