Today at SAJIDA Foundation, we marked International Women’s Day 2025 with powerful conversations on breaking barriers and driving meaningful change. Our CEO, Zahida Fizza Kabir, along with inspiring women leaders and allies, reinforced the need for gender equity at every level—from home to the workplace and beyond.

The discussions shed light on the critical role of men as allies, the biases women face in recruitment and leadership, the invisible workload and the lack of a care economy, and the urgent need to address workplace safety and harassment. We were honored to have Mir Nadia Nivin as our Chief Guest, adding her voice to the collective call for action and progress.
