As part of the ongoing project “Improving Public Health, Sanitation and Dignity in Major Cities in Bangladesh”, SAJIDA Foundation has collaborated with WaterAid to inaugurate a modern public sanitation facility at Kamalapur Railway - the largest railway station in the country catering to the highest number of daily commuters in Dhaka. Present as the Chief Guest at the inauguration ceremony was Md. Nurul Islam Sujon, Honourable Minister, Ministry of Railways, alongside officials from the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh, WaterAid Bangladesh, and SAJIDA Foundation.
