Continuum of Care: A Mental Health Experience, hosted by Gulshan Society in collaboration with SAJIDA Foundation, brought the community together for an enriching and reflective event dedicated to mental health and overall wellbeing.
The programme featured a keynote address by Dr. M. Kamruzzaman Mozumder, followed by a presentation on SAJIDA’s social enterprises providing a continuum of care—highlighting how integrated services can support individuals and families across different stages of their mental health journey. Participants then joined a facilitated discussion and Q/A session led by Dr. Mehtab Ghazi Rahman, creating an open space for dialogue, learning, and shared reflection.
The event offered a gentle healing music session designed to encourage inner balance and emotional grounding, along with interactive wellbeing activities and booth explorations focused on mindfulness, self-care, and community connection. These experiences fostered a supportive atmosphere where participants could engage, reflect, and reconnect with their mental wellbeing.
Through this collaborative initiative, Gulshan Society and SAJIDA Foundation reaffirmed their commitment to promoting accessible, informed, and compassionate approaches to mental health within the community.
