In October, participants of the Community Mental Health ToT Program visited the Bede community at Aftabnagar slum, Dhaka to better understand the engagement of communities at grassroots level. The pool of SAJIDA’s clinical and counselling psychologists attending BALM’s diploma course will extend their learning to community-based lay counsellors, aiding in developing and addressing service gaps of mental health initiatives in Bangladesh.
