At a virtual inauguration ceremony, chaired by Earl R. Miller, U.S. Ambassador to Bangladesh, the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) announced a partnership with SAJIDA Foundation to enhance the infrastructure of three district hospitals and ensure the timely treatment of COVID-19 patients. Mr. Syed Ershad Rahman, President, AmCham; Zahida Fizza Kabir, CEO, SAJIDA Foundation, along with other industry leaders were present at the event.
