Today, at the Gender Champions Network’s first Networking Evening, all our champions convened under one roof with a shared commitment to advancing gender equity in Bangladesh’s workplaces.

We were joined by industry leaders, veteran researchers, and change-makers from diverse fields, each bringing their unique experiences to the table. The room was alive with discussions, debates, and candid exchanges, all focused on addressing challenges and carving out practical ways forward to make equity part of everyday workplace culture.

One thing was clear: everyone present shared the same sense of purpose. This is just the first step in a much longer journey, one we will take together, through collaboration and shared accountability, to change the gender narrative in Bangladesh.
